Personalize Your Masthead
We will personalize your masthead with the information for either the black & white or color versions. Please note that for the Color version your personalized masthead information will be printed in black & white over a full color background. We can not print color masthead components due to printing process limitations.
The masthead area is approximately 2 inches high by 7 1/2 inches wide.
The placement of TAX NEWS & TIPS and the issue date are in fixed positions.
Your personalized masthead & imprinted mail flap will be sent to you for your approval prior to printing. Following are some examples of services you may specialize in and can add to your customized masthead:

Your Logo
If you have a business logo, it can be used on the newsletter.
Please supply either a camera-ready copy or a graphics file of the logo.
Graphic files need to be 300 or greater DPI and in one of the following formats: JPG, TIF, EPS.

Yes, we can print more than one office address on your masthead!
Mail Flap Personalization
We will also personalize the mail flap with your return address information.
If you use bulk mailing, we can imprint your bulk mailing permit on the mail flap.
Masthead Change Fee
There is a $25 for changes to your masthead (after the initial approval).
